What are the phases of a turnkey build?
Five: plot and planning feasibility, architectural design, municipal licence, construction, and final legalisation with key handover.
Before buying a plot, check buildability, maximum occupation and setbacks — we run that feasibility study free of charge if you later build with us.
How much does a detached home cost?
€900–1,600/m² built plus 15–25 % in fees, permits and taxes; a 150 m² home totals roughly €180,000–220,000.
Design drives cost more than finishes do. In the Andalusian climate we prioritise orientation, shading, insulation and pre-installation of heat pumps and solar PV.
