Public funding
Renovation and retrofit grants in Andalusia
Public programmes subsidise a large share of works that improve energy efficiency, accessibility or building condition. Here is what exists — and we process it all for you.
What energy-retrofit grants exist?
Current programmes cover 40–80 % of the cost when the works cut primary energy use by at least 30 %.
Qualifying measures: insulation of façades and roofs, new windows, and replacing fossil boilers with heat pumps or adding solar PV. Savings are certified with before/after energy certificates, which we issue. Official calls are published by the Junta de Andalucía and the Andalusian Energy Agency.
What about accessibility?
Specific lines fund home adaptation for seniors and people with reduced mobility: bath-to-shower conversions, wider doors, ramps and stairlifts. Communities can apply for lift and barrier-removal funding.
How do we handle the paperwork?
We prepare the complete file: technical memory, energy certificates, itemised budgets, invoices and final justification.
Important: calls open and close through the year. Before signing any works on the assumption of a grant, ask us — we confirm what is open today for your town and type of works.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I apply myself?
Yes, they are public grants. Our processing service is free for works clients — we prepare the technical part where most applications fail.
When is the grant paid?
Depending on the call: some advance a percentage, others pay after justification. Resolution typically takes 3–12 months.
Which works get no grant?
Purely cosmetic renovations. Funding focuses on energy efficiency, accessibility and structural conservation.
