Renovation or restoration — what’s the difference?
Renovation updates finishes and installations; restoration intervenes in structural or communal elements: foundations, structure, façade and roof.
Restoration requires a technical design and a major-works licence, and usually a building condition report. Our team runs the diagnosis, proposes the fix and executes it with in-house crews — see structures, façades and flat roofs.
What does building a house in Andalusia cost?
€900–1,600/m² built, plus 15–25 % for professional fees, permits and taxes. A 120 m² detached home lands between €110,000 and €190,000 of construction cost.
