How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
A complete 4–6 m² bathroom costs from €3,500 with mid-range finishes — demolition, installations, tiling, sanitaryware and taps included. High-end finishes reach €8,000–10,000.
Tiling drives the variation: standard ceramic and large-format rectified porcelain are different worlds in both price and required skill. We bring real samples with per-metre prices to the site visit.
What does the bath-to-shower conversion include?
Removal of the old bath, waterproofing, anti-slip shower tray, tempered-glass screen, thermostatic taps and matching tiling — finished in 2-3 working days.
It is our most requested accessibility job and may qualify for regional accessibility grants, which we process. Resin trays with class-3 anti-slip texture are our default for seniors.

Can I use the bathroom during the works?
In single-bathroom homes we keep the WC usable overnight whenever possible; plan for 2-3 days of limited use during tiling and waterproofing.
Do you design the kitchen in 3D?
Yes, complete kitchen projects include a layout proposal and 3D render before cabinets are ordered.
