Andalucía Reformas was born in 2013 in the province of Málaga with a simple idea: every Andalusian home should have a professional renovation team nearby, with honest prices and no middlemen.

How did Andalucía Reformas start?
We started in 2013 as a renovation crew in the Antequera comarca and grew until we had branches in all eight Andalusian capitals.
Alejandro Chacón, founder and manager, came from the construction sector when the crisis forced a rethink. The bet was clear: less volume, more craft. Seville opened in 2016, Granada and Córdoba in 2018, and coverage of all eight provinces was completed in 2021. Every branch opened only when a trained local team could hold the same standard.
What makes us different?
Three things: in-house staff in every province, itemised quotes with no small print, and a named site manager responsible for every project.
Most problems in this sector are born in subcontracting chains where nobody answers for the whole. Our structure is deliberately different: the crews are ours, the warehouses are ours, and so is the responsibility.

“The question I get most is whether we can really deliver the same service in Huelva as in Almería. The answer is that we don’t deliver it from Málaga: the Huelva team does, and the Almería team does. My job is that everyone works to the same standard: clear quotes, clean sites, answered phones.”
Alejandro personally oversees the opening of every branch and still visits sites every week.
