Guide price: between €350/m² and €700/m² all-in; an 80 m² flat runs €25,000–€55,000 depending on finishes. The exact figure depends on each project — the site visit and itemised quote are free, with no obligation.
What does a full renovation include?
Everything: design and permits, demolition, new plumbing and wiring, tiling, carpentry, painting and handover cleaning — coordinated by one site manager who is your single point of contact.
The quote is broken down by chapters with materials, quantities and unit prices, so you know exactly what you are paying before work starts. In properties built before 1990 we always recommend renewing the installations completely: it prevents breakdowns for decades and allows official certificates to be issued.
How long does it take and can I follow it from abroad?
2–4 months for a 70–110 m² home, with a week-by-week schedule signed into the contract.
Many of our clients on the Costa del Sol and the Almería and Huelva coasts live abroad: we manage everything remotely with weekly photo reports, video calls at key milestones and documented handover. Communication in English throughout.
