Guide price: renovation designs from €1,500; new-build designs priced by size and complexity. The exact figure depends on each project — the site visit and itemised quote are free, with no obligation.
When do I need an architect for a renovation?
Whenever the works affect structure, façade or make substantial layout changes, or when the town hall requires a major-works licence. Minor works run on a simple declaration, which we also file.
When design and execution are split between companies, every ambiguity becomes a cost overrun; integrating them removes that friction.
What does the interior design service include?
Layout proposal, material palette, lighting plan, made-to-measure furniture and 3D renders before execution.
Available inside full renovations or as a standalone service; for commercial premises we add activity licences.

Yes, we issue and register energy performance certificates, for sales, rentals and grant applications.
Can I hire site direction only?
Yes, our technicians can direct works executed by third parties, with periodic visits and certification control.
