How do I know my building has a structural problem?
Warning signs: diagonal or X-shaped cracks, exposed rusty rebar, spalling ceilings and doors that progressively stop fitting. Any of them warrants a technical inspection.
We take samples, run lab tests and propose the right fix: jacketing, carbon fibre or section enlargement.
Can you reinforce with residents in place?
In most cases yes — works proceed in phases with local propping and residents at home.
Structural works carry the statutory 10-year guarantee. If the problem originates in the ground, it is fixed through underpinning.
