Is a prefab legally equal to a traditional home?
Yes, once anchored to foundations: same licence, architect design, deed, statutory guarantees — and it is mortgageable.
Modules are factory-built while the licence and foundations progress, compressing the total timeline.
Concrete or timber frame?
Concrete adds thermal mass — ideal for Andalusian heat; timber wins on insulation per thickness and assembly speed.
Both meet Spanish code and reach A-rated energy labels easily; we pre-install heat pumps and solar PV.
