What does a full flat renovation cost?
€350–700/m² all-in: an 80 m² flat runs €25,000–55,000 depending on finishes and the state of the installations.
The range is wide because the invisible items decide the bill: installations and demolition. A 1960s flat with original wiring and lead pipes needs everything renewed; a 2000s flat may only need finishes. Distrust per-square-metre prices quoted without visiting the property.
