What grants can I apply for?

Three routes: energy-retrofit grants (40–80 % of the works), accessibility grants, and income-tax deductions plus local IBI/ICIO rebates.

The common condition for energy grants: prove the saving with before/after energy certificates. Qualifying works: insulation, windows, heat pumps and solar PV.

How is an application filed?

With a technical file: works memory, initial energy certificate, itemised budget and, after the works, final certificate and invoices.

Most rejections are formal defects in the technical part, not lack of funds — which is why we file complete applications for our works clients at no extra cost. Details on the grants page.

Which mistakes should you avoid?

Starting works before the application is registered, skipping the initial energy certificate, and accepting quotes without itemised breakdowns. Many calls exclude works already started: the right order is study → application → works → justification. Official calls: Junta de Andalucía.
